Sauvignon Friuli DOC is a delicate aromatic and fruity wine, with notes of acacia and nutmeg. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, on the palate it tastes round, harmonious and fragrant.

The production area embraces a vast stirp of the Friuli Region plain: an environment with a marked wine-making vocation, in which the grapes grow strong and rich, favored by the nature of the land and the favorable climatic conditions.

The vinification process consists in the traditional white method: the grapes are gently pressed and destemmed and carried to the alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. The wine base obtained is stabilized through precise and careful procedures to be finally bottled using modern technologies.
