Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT expresses a distinctive fresh flowers scent, with citrus and green apple notes.The taste is fresh, delicate and persistent. The colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections.

The production area embraces a vast stirp of the Friuli Region plain: an environment with a marked wine-making vocation, in which the grapes grow strong and rich, favored by the nature of the land and the favorable climatic conditions.

The vinification process consists in the traditional white method: the grapes are gently pressed and destemmed and carried to the alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. The wine base obtained is stabilized through precise and careful procedures to be finally bottled using modern technologies.
